Pricing — SendingThx

This is merchant pricing. SendingThx bills the retailer — not the shopper. How you handle that cost on your end is your call: absorb it as a cost of doing business, fold it into your shipping & handling fee, or pass it through to your customer at checkout. We have no visibility into, and don't set, what — if anything — you charge your own customers.

What's included

One flat rate covers the entire loop for that gift — there's no per-message or per-reply add-on:

The delivery notification sent to the recipient
The confirmation sent back to the sender
Unlimited back-and-forth if the recipient replies — no cap on the conversation, no extra cost

How you're billed

Usage-based, billed monthly — you're only ever charged for gifts actually sent, never a flat subscription regardless of volume. If you're on the Shopify App Store, charges run through your normal Shopify billing. If you're integrated directly via the API, charges appear as a Stripe invoice on your regular billing cycle.

What you charge your customers is up to you

SendingThx doesn't see, set, or take a cut of anything you charge your own shoppers. Retailers we work with handle this a few different ways, and none of them require any special setup on our end:

Absorb it — treat it as a normal cost of doing business, the same as packaging or postage insurance.
Fold it in — bake it into an existing shipping & handling line at checkout.
Pass it through — itemize or mark it up as its own line item to the customer.

Whichever you choose, it happens entirely on your storefront and your invoice to your customer. SendingThx's $0.50 charge to you stays the same either way.
